The piece was made early 2016 when after so much hope during the 2015 election, we soon began to see signs of bleakness from the new government. I had a premonition that what we got wasn’t what was going to solve our plethora of national problems. The piece was made to continue our search for hope for the country.

TY Bello is a multi-talented young woman widely known for her hit songs Greenland, Ekundayo, This Man, Freedom, and Funmise. TY Bello’s work is recognised both nationally and internationally.

He also holds an MS in Technology Management and MFA in Creative Writing from University Of Maryland, College Park, USA.
